Crash when using Motion Blur?

If you experience occasional crashes in Photoshop, while trying to apply a Motion Blur, you're not alone. Here is a lengthy thread on Adobe's User to User Forum with one possible suggested fix, offered up by Adobe's own Chris Cox.
