Norton AntiVirus 9 conflict with Photoshop CS

Issue: You have installed Norton AntiVirus 9.0 and now, when you attempt to open a PSD file that you last saved in Adobe Photoshop, you get the following error message: "Could not complete your request because the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop."
