Using the Measure Tool to straighten and crop an image

Here's a tutorial that will get you a perfectly horizontal rotation using the Measure Tool. Select the Measure Tool, which is grouped with Eyedropper Tool (I). Draw a horizontal line with the Measure Tool on the image you want to rotate. Go to the Image menu -> Rotate Canvas -> Arbitrary... (the degree of rotation is automatically input based on the Measure Tool), click OK. Now, all you need to do is crop the image to the borders, excluding the extra canvas area that is generated.
